PlatformsFrontier's help page and the freshly fetched Steam API both list Intel Arc alternatives and the Windows 10 compatibility warning. These are published requirements, not this site's benchmarks.
I compared both tables on 14 October 2026. Frontier states above 30 FPS on Medium for minimum and 30 FPS on High for recommended in a built-up zoo. Larger animal and guest populations can increase CPU load; results are not guaranteed.
Minimum and recommended
Both official presets specify 40 GB available space and DirectX 12. An SSD is recommended at minimum and required at the recommended tier. The Steam specification requires a 64-bit processor and operating system.
40 GB is a published free-space requirement, not a measured download size, installed footprint or console file size. No independently verified per-platform download size was obtained.
Both sources warn that ongoing Windows 10 compatibility cannot be guaranteed after Microsoft ended support. A native macOS build is not planned.

Can a low-end laptop run it?
Compare the exact model with the full official requirements. The published table is not a compatibility test for unlisted laptop hardware. Frontier suggests extra laptop cooling; no laptop FPS guarantee is given.
How big is the download?
Not independently verified. The official PC requirement is 40 GB available space; it is not the download size or a console installation measurement.
Are there Mac requirements?
No. There is no macOS version, so there is no Mac spec sheet.
